My name is Enzo Komatz, I am from the Murtal region in Styria (Austria) and I graduated from Montanuniversität Leoben with a degree in Industrial Environmental Protection and Process Engineering, specializing in plant engineering and process simulation. In my master's thesis, I developed an evaluation software for analyzing experimental data from the reverse water-gas shift (rWGS) reaction.Since March 2025, I have been a doctoral researcher at the Chair of Process Engineering for Industrial Environmental Protection. My research focuses on the development of sustainable aviation fuels (SAFs), particularly on the direct conversion of alcohols into synthetic kerosene.
